At Booming Mart, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your item for any reason, you can return it for a full refund within 10 days of purchase.

To return an item:

1. Contact customer service at [email protected] to initiate a return.
2. Package the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
3. Include a copy of your receipt or packing slip.
4. Write the return authorization number on the outside of the package.
5. Ship the package back to us using the prepaid shipping label that we will provide.

Returns must meet the following criteria:

• The item must be in its original condition, with all tags and labels attached.
• The item must be unused and unworn.
• The item must be in the original packaging, if possible.
• The item must be returned within 10 days of purchase.

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Final sale items
• Personalized items
• Gift cards
• Digital products

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to make sure it meets the return criteria. If the item is approved for return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
